Policy Recommendations For The County Legislature

We briefly touched on this subject before, but a recent request from the =
leaders on the Board Of Legislators has revived the subject. =20

I would like to open up a discussion on what actions the County Board of =
Legislators should be taking to help the residents of Westchester County =
benefit from the "information super-highway" or otherwise address the =
issues WATPA has raised.

As a result of this discussion here, I will pull together a paper which =
WATPA can present to the Board. (As usual, you'll all have a chance to =
see it and comment on it first.)
