Here are the newly-written instructions for the watpa mailing list. They
will be sent to all new subscribers.

Welcome to the WATPA Mailing List. The purpose of this list is to allow
members of the Westchester Alliance for Telecommunications and Public Access
(WATPA) to communicate: talk about issues, find out about meetings, etc.

To subscribe to this list, send e-mail to watpa-request@westnet.com with
a body containing the single word:

subscribe

To get off this list, send e-mail to watpa-requiest@westnet.com with a
body containing the single word:

unsubscribe

If you change e-mail addresses, simply unsubscribe your old address, and
subscribe the new one.

This list is run by the software package majordomo. For a complete list of
the commands majordomo supports, send mail to majordomo@westnet.com with the
word help in the body.
