WATPA: WATPA Services Down This Weekend

Please note that the power is being shut this evening to the Westchester
Library System, so all WATPA services (Web and listserv) will be temporarily
"off the air". We are told that the power outage will last no longer than
the weekend and likely be much shorter than that.
